The Lenovo ThinkSystem ST50 V3 server works with an Intel® Xeon® 6353P processor from the new generation Xeon 6. The processor has 8 cores and 16 threads, and its consumption is only 65 W. The memory is DDR5 with error correction (ECC), so the data remains protected even during 24-hour-a-day operation. The configuration has two 960 GB SSD drives in software RAID. The drives are fast, and the data is duplicated on two media.
The server is suitable as a file server and domain controller. Databases for ERP and POS systems, backups or several virtual machines can also run on it. The built-in Lenovo XClarity Controller 2 (XCC2) monitors the status of the server and allows you to manage it remotely. This way, the server is also convenient for branches without their own IT specialist. The ThinkSystem ST50 V3 meets the Energy Star 4.0 standard, and if needed, it can also be mounted in a cabinet (rack).
